Ica Station Homestead is the perfect place for a picturesque garden wedding that every guest will talk about for years. We offer weddings ranging from small intimate gatherings to large marquee weddings. We allow you to book the venue and 'do-it-all' yourselves, or we can help with the use of our experienced and recommended caterers and marquee hire company. Whatever you need, this venue can accommodate your own unique requirements. Our hire prices DO NOT include the cost of food, drinks or marquee hire, as we prefer you to decide 'who or what' you want, at a price to suit you!
Unrivaled Open Air Space
There's plenty of room for a marquee and parking for guests. Surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens with sweeping steps and boxed hedges. Ica Station Homestead originally built in 1866, is a perfect backdrop for photographs, with countryside and lake views to the front. With exclusive use of the venue and accommodation, we guarantee the venue to your invited guests only. As Ica Station Homestead is a family home, we ask that all viewings are made by prior appointment.

From 2.00 pm day before wedding until end of Wedding Reception. Includes:

Venue package as above, plus 2 nights accommodation (sleeps up to 20).
Use of grounds day after wedding for Wedding Breakfast/Brunch (some venues charge extra for this!).
1.00 pm check-in on day of arrival and late checkout of 12.30 pm two days later. All linen and towels provided.
Accommodation consists of:
1 Bedroom Cottage - Ica Station Whare (sleeps 2).
3 Bedroom Cottage - India House Cottage (sleeps 6).
Twin and Queen B&B Rooms in the main Homestead x 4 (sleeps up to 12 persons - no children in the Homestead).
En-suite Room in B&B for bride & bridesmaids to get ready in (on wedding day ONLY).
VENUE, ACCOMMODATION AND 'INDUSTRIAL BARN' HIRE PACKAGE: $6,499.00
Everything in the above package, PLUS use of our 'Industrial Barn' for your Evening Reception until midnight.
(Instead of hiring a marquee. We recommend you budget $4,000+ for marquee hire).

- Landscaped gardens for drinks reception.
- Large lawn area overlooking the lake for marquees (marquee not included).
- A selection of outdoor tables, chairs, bar leaners & umbrellas on the lawn.
- Use of Homestead kitchen (by your caterers).
- No corkage charge - BYO chiller, bar staff and preferred drinks!
- All re-cycling and rubbish removal done by us.
- Use of all our wedding equipment - includes Rustic Wedding Arch, Wine Barrels, Table Cloths, Chair Covers, Wine Glasses,
- Crockery, Cutlery, Hessian Table Runners, Hessian Cutlery Holders, Vases and lots, lots more!
